How do you send my order?
Wherever you are in the world, we deliver your order to you via DHL Express.
How much is the shipping fee?
We have different shipping fees depending on where you are in the world.

How fast is the delivery time?
Try blinking once and we’re on our way with your order! Jokes aside we always offer Express Delivery within 72h.
If you are not 100% satisfied, neither are we.
How do I make a return?
Please email us at email@example.com and state your order number, product name and the reason for the return.
You should return the product within 15 days according to the following instructions.
You should send your product back to us with all the invoices together and the product should not be used or should not be damaged, with all the accessories.
Please ship back via DHL and do not forget to specify our agency code to DHL personnel. We will forward our DHL agency code to the e-mail where we will respond to the e-mail you sent your return request.
Return shipping is free for the orders above $100.00.
For the orders below $100, return shipping cost ($30) will be charged during the refund process.
Which products are not refundable?
For your request of refund to be accepted, the products should be undamaged and unused.
Your refund request will be invalid, if the products are damaged because of customer usage.
I've returned the package, what's next?
Within 2 business days from receiving your return package, we'll contact you with more information. Usually, the return shipping time is 2 or 3 working days.
The refund is made with the same payment method of the order when an order is returned within 7 to 10 business days after the returned products are received.
Refund of orders via credit card is made to the card that was used within 1 to 7 business days. If the payment is done in installments, the refund is also made in installments.
Refund of orders via PayPal is made to the used PayPal account within 1 to 7 business days.
The delivered product is defective. What should I do?
If the product is sent to Luna Merdin within the return period, change will be made after the products are received and checked. In the case that the products are not in stock of the suppliers, your order will be cancelled and you will receive the refund.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order number, product name and the reason for the change.
Please note that we do not offer the opportunity to change your products directly. A refund will be made to the original account for the products you return. You can place a new order at any time if you wish to receive other products. Products can only be returned within 14 days of receiving them.
